Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master
to translate product strategy into user stories and improve
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user needs and determine functional requirements throughout
the development life cycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose epic stories into
manageable features and user stories
Facilitate team meetings and remove impediments to the team's
progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or six years of equivalent work experience
At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum two years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT software
development
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
