Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join
their remote Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and audit invoices
Manage transactions on corporate cards and handle travel and
employee reimbursements
Maintain current accounts and ensure timely vendor payments while
handling confidential information
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Netsuite
3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
BS in Accounting preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite products and cloud-based software
Knowledge of preparing end-of-year 1099s
