Banner Bank is committed to providing exceptional client service while engaging in sales and service activities at branch locations. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities

• Providing personalized financial solutions to clients
• Assisting with account opening and maintenance
• Cross-selling Bank products and services
• Booking loans and responding to client inquiriesRequirements for this role include:
  • 1 or more years of Client Relationship Consultant experience or similar experience
  • NMLS registration or ability to obtain required
  • A passion for delivering superior client service
  • Ability to analyze client needs and make recommendations based on financial data
  • Effective communication and advisory skills
  • Bilingual in Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese (a plus)Our process for this role includes:

    • Participating in a phone interview with the manager or recruiter
    • Having an on-site interview with the manager and other team members
    • Receiving an offer if it's the right fit
    • Starting work after a background checkCompensation and benefits for this role include:
      • Targeted starting hourly range: $19.56 - $27.39/hr
